Service Description
The Taal Prarambh package is a beginner-friendly course designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of tabla playing. This course focuses on building a strong foundation by covering essential hand techniques, correct posture, and fundamental strokes (bols). Students will learn to play basic Taals such as Teentaal, Dadra, Keharwa, and Rupak, developing a clear sense of rhythm and timing. The course also introduces simple compositions like Peshkar and basic Kaidas, helping learners understand the structure of tabla music. Special emphasis is placed on tempo control (laya), hand coordination, and clarity of sound, ensuring steady progress. Additionally, students will gain a basic understanding of Taal notation and rhythm theory, allowing them to read and practice compositions with confidence. Designed for those with little to no prior experience, this course provides a step-by-step approach that makes learning tabla accessible and enjoyable. By the end of this program, students will be able to play simple rhythms, accompany basic melodies, and develop the skills needed to advance to higher levels. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a structured and professional learning experience, the following policies apply to all courses: 1️⃣ Booking & Payment - Full payment is required to confirm enrollment. - Payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted toward future sessions under specific conditions. - Sessions must be completed within the allotted time for each course to maintain continuity. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling - Student-Initiated Cancellation: No refunds. Rescheduling allowed with 24-hour prior notice, subject to availability. - Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): No rescheduling, session will be counted as completed. - Tutor-Initiated Cancellation: The session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. 3️⃣ Course Validity & Attendance - Sessions must be attended as scheduled. Unused sessions will not be carried forward beyond validity. - If a student misses multiple sessions without notice, their enrollment may be forfeited. This ensures commitment, discipline, and maximum learning!
